Eastern Sour

Imagine if you will, having a lovely night in a Tiki bar in the 1950;s. You want something distinguished, yet exotic. Enter Trader Vic’s delicious Eastern Sour. Fine rye, crushed oranges, lemons and ice. You can’t go wrong here.

Build in Shaking Tins
Instructions: Shake well and pour unstrained into double old fashioned glass.
Garnish: Orange wheel

  • 2 ½ oz Orange Juice
  • ¾ oz Lemon Juice
  • ¼ oz Orgeat Syrup
  • ¼ oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 oz Rye Whiskey [Bullet 95 Rye]
  • ¾ cup Crushed Ice
