Don’t you love Pumpkin Spice season? This creation of the house blends all the tastes you’d expect from the autumn season and delivers it into a coupe of goodness.

Build in Shaking Tins
Instructions: Double strain into coupe glass
Garnish: Grate cinnamon and nutmegg into chilled glass. Decorate with orange wheel on a burning cinnamon stick.

  • ½ oz Orange Juice
  • ½ oz Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 tsp Pimento Dram
  • 2 oz Jamaican Rum [Appleton Estate Signature]
  • ¾ cup Crushed Ice
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
