Suriname Swizzle

Bringing Genever into Tiki is quite unexpected, but in this libation it absolutely works. Coconut forward, but not overly sweet it’s a complex drink that’s easy to drink but even easier to love.

Build in BlenderGlass
Instructions: Fill into swizzle cup and blend until well chilled. Hand mold a crushed ice ball over the top. Garnish with lime zest and lime wheel

  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 1 oz Coconut Syrup
  • 1 ¾ oz Old Genever
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
