Planter’s Punch

One of the original Donn Beach Jamaican style cocktails. Coming from the late 1800’s it was refined by the master himself into the classic we know today. Not too sweet, not too sour. Boozy, but not overly strong. Just great!

  • Pearl Diver Glass
Build in Blender
Instructions: Blend for 5 seconds
Garnish: Garnish with maraschino cherry
Play Effect
  • ½ oz Lime Juice
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup
  • ½ tsp Grenadine
  • ½ tsp Falernum
  • 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 1 ½ oz Bacardi Reserva Ocho Rum
  • ½ oz Planteray Original Dark Rum
  • ¾ cup Crushed Ice
