This drink originated at the Bali Ha’i at the Beach. While the name was taken from the Rodgers and Hammerstein musical South Pacific, the place, and this drink were no charade. Both icons in the tiki world, this is one of the lost drinks resurrected by Beachbum Berry. It’s balanced and damn smooth. But be careful, it will deliver.

Build in Shaking Tins
Instructions: Shake with ice cubes. Pour unstrained.

  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup
  • ½ oz Passion Fruit Syrup
  • ½ oz Falernum
  • 1 oz Dry Gin [Beefeater]
  • 1 oz Brandy [Ansac VS]
  • 1 oz Appleton Estate 12 Year Old Rare Casks Rum
  • 1 oz Planteray Original Dark Rum
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes
