Port / Starboard Light

A 1950’s Trader Vic’s classic for the Whiskey fans. It’s the Port Light or Starboard Light. Fresh and delicious with your choice of liquor. Either Bourbon for the Port Light, or Rye for the Starboard Light. It’s the Adventurer’s favorite Scotch drink! Instead of egg we use the Plant Based Fee Foamer.

Build in Blender
Instructions: Bourbon and Red glass for Port, Rye and Green glass for Starboard. Blend for 5 seconds, pour unstrained.
Garnish: Mint Sprig, Pineapple Square and cocktail cherry speared to cocktail pick

  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz Passion Fruit Syrup
  • 2 oz Honey Syrup
  • 4 dashes Fee Foam
  • 2 oz Bourbon
  • 2 oz Rye Whiskey [Bullet 95 Rye]
  • ¾ cup Crushed Ice
