Bringing Genever into Tiki is quite unexpected, but in this libation it absolutely works. Coconut forward, but not overly sweet it’s a complex drink that’s easy to drink but even easier to love.

A nice gin cocktail where the lemon, orgeat, & bitters create a nice base underneath with a minty overtone. Complex, but fairly smooth.

If you like the Commando Grog, you definitely need to try this one. Where the Commando Grog gives all Tiki tastes from the liquors, this one is much more fruit heavy, despite sharing most ingredients. This shows that the ratios of ingredients is everything.

This wartime cocktail by Donn Beach was a tribute to Victory, hence the name which is morse code for V. Decorated here with three delicious Maraschino cherries (the dots) on a cocktail picker (the dash).

This tropical boozy cocktail was originally created at the Tiki-Ti. This version has first been remixed by Beachbum Berry and then adapted by the Smuggler’s Cove. So quite a few capable minds improved on this whopper of a drink. It’s a multi-layered rum adventure that starts with fruity honey, continues along to spice and caramel, ending with the the punch from the overproof rum slowly filtering to the bottom of the glass.

A complex yet flavourful beast by Trader Vic. Evolved through the years we present you the 1970’s Bali Ha’i version. Despite the three different spirits it’s a refreshing drink. But beware of the incoming fog …
|

Celebrate with the lovable Ewoks with this intergalactic concoction straight from Endor. Golden rums and fresh fruits will make you feel like you could take on the whole Empire yourself! Our own take on a Test Pilot.
No blasters or droids allowed in the bar.

Trader Sam’s sweeter take on the classic. The bar is not responsible for hippo attacks or bad jokes. Did you know a Hippopotamus can outrun you on land, and swim faster than you in the water? So the bicycle is your only chance to beat him in a triathlon.
|
A big beast to share. Despite the name, this Trader Vic’s inspired bowl does not sting, but it a great way to share an amazing drink with those who you care about.
|

A true tropical 0 ABV drink that leaves you with memories you can never forget, even though you wish you could. Created for the skippers on the world-famous Jungle Cruise in a feeble attempt to keep them sailing straight.
|

This fruity refreshing drink is named after the beautiful Schweitzer Falls, named after that famous African explorer, Dr. Albert Falls. And if you think the front is nice, you should see its backside! Don’t take the beautiful rock formation for granite.
|

This drink is like the first rays of sun after a Hurricane. Inspired by the iconic 1930’s cocktail, this zero ABV libation is an easy drink for a hot day.
