Classic Tiki Drinks
From the Godfathers of Tiki: Donn Beach and Trader Vic!
Mai Tai
Mai Tai-Roa Aé! (Out of this world in Tahitian). The iconic Trader Vic’s cocktail that led to a worldwide rum shortage. If you want to know what Tiki is all about, this one is it. Also try it with Yuzu for a delicious tarty taste!
Tonga Punch
Let's grab a bowl and enjoy this punch! This is the first rum cocktail ever made by Trader Vic. But don't let that hold you back, as it's still the powerhouse that it was nearly a century ago.
Three Dots & A Dash
This wartime cocktail by Donn Beach was a tribute to Victory, hence the name which is morse code for V. Decorated here with three delicious Maraschino cherries (the dots) on a cocktail picker (the dash).
Planter’s Punch
One of the original Donn Beach Jamaican style cocktails. Coming from the late 1800's it was refined by the master himself into the classic we know today. Not too sweet, not too sour. Boozy, but not overly strong. Just great!
Shark's Tooth
For the rum aficionados, we present the Shark's Tooth. A gorgeous extra old aged rum with a hint of lime and sugar. A brilliant smooth drink.
Cobra's Fang
Looking for something sharp and spicy? Try this Donn Beach original. A hint of sweetness with the sting of overproof Demerara rum delivers a bite worthy of the mighty King Cobra.
Fogg Cutter
A complex yet flavourful beast by Trader Vic. Evolved through the years we present you the 1970's Bali Ha'i version. Despite the three different spirits it's a refreshing drink. But beware of the incoming fog ...
Scorpion Bowl
A big beast to share. Despite the name, this Trader Vic's inspired bowl does not sting, but it a great way to share an amazing drink with those who you care about.
