Pumpkin King Punch
Don't you love Pumpkin Spice season? This house creation blends all the tastes you'd expect from the autumn season and delivers it into a coupe of goodness.
Lono’s Old Fashioned
Our own Tiki Twist on an Old Fashioned. The amazing Xaymaca rum brings complex and slightly smoky notes which play great with the delicious combination of bitters.
Suriname Swizzle
Bringing Genever into Tiki is quite unexpected, but in this libation it absolutely works. Coconut forward, but not overly sweet it's a complex drink that's easy to drink but even easier to love.
The Reverend's Tai
We'll be the first here to proclaim that there is no pineapple in a Mai Tai. But this Wonk's Original uses Plantation Stiggins' Fancy Pineapple Rum in a delicious mix with OFTD. A good kick with a pineappley aftertaste makes for a damn good drink! Amen!
Davy Jones
A tall name for a cocktail, but fitting for its bold and adventurous flavors. Explore the deeps of the ocean with this bright drink!
Three Dots & A Dash
This wartime cocktail by Donn Beach was a tribute to Victory, hence the name which is morse code for V. Decorated here with three delicious Maraschino cherries (the dots) on a cocktail picker (the dash).
Vicious Virgin
Vicious is an understatement! Though it looks like a simple drink, it has a lovely spiced taste that will make you want more. A delicate and refined drink from Don The Beachcomber's bartender Mariano Licudine. At the bottom of your glass will be one of our delicious maraschino cherries. The good ones.
Rum Julep
A boozy Demerara tasting cocktail with lovely citrus and honey undertones. It blends two fantastic 12 year old rums on this twist on the Mint Julep. Though it has just two ounces of rum, it feels much more complicated than it actually is. This lovely drink was served in Don The Beachcomber's Cabaret Restaurant in Waikiki in 1958, though the recipe was created in the 1940's.
The Expedition
Ever since the Smuggler's Cove opened their doors in 2009, they rose to the top of Tiki Bars in the world. We gladly serve their world famous Expedition here. An instant favourite there, and here. A sweet drink with a lovely blend of the honey, vanilla and coffee.
Fogg Cutter
A complex yet flavourful beast by Trader Vic. Evolved through the years we present you the 1970's Bali Ha'i version. Despite the three different spirits it's a refreshing drink. But beware of the incoming fog ...
Scorpion Bowl
A big beast to share. Despite the name, this Trader Vic's inspired bowl does not sting, but it a great way to share an amazing drink with those who you care about.
Robin
If you like our Nightingale, you'll love our Robin. Our Zero ABV version of the Penicillin. The Chai is offset with the sweetness of the honey and the spice from the ginger syrup. A fine drink!
